Our Mission
To achieve our mission we added services like TV, mail, digital, and polling to support smaller races—and learned fast what worked (and what didn’t).
By 2011, we saw the writing on the wall: polling was broken. So we fixed it. We launched accurate, budget-friendly surveys that let clients get more insight, more often—without breaking the bank.
Then we leveled up: modeling, predictive analytics, and our own custom-built software platform. That combo? It powered our award-winning Multi-Mode Polling and earned us top rankings from The New York Times and FiveThirtyEight.
So what drives Cygnal’s mission and values?
We are building a company that empowers campaigns, caucuses, committees, and causes with more accurate polling, more useful analytics, more moving targeting, and more consistent data—whether it be through a custom project, software tool, or subscription. This is upheld by a team that cares for each other, lives out the company values, and desires to impact the world through our work.
