Cygnal Announces Inaugural Class of 30 Under Thirty Honorees in its America’s Rising Republic Operatives (ARRO) Initiative

WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 2, 2023) – Cygnal, the nation’s most accurate private polling firm, released the names of its inaugural class of 30 Under Thirty honorees in the America’s Rising Republican Operatives (ARRO) initiative.

“We are extremely proud of this inaugural group for distinguishing themselves as rising stars in the Republican Party and making such a significant impact in their work, that their peers chose to nominate them as part of ARRO’s 30 under Thirty list,” said pollster Chris Lane, Director of Client Strategy at Cygnal. “These young professionals represent the best of conservative operatives from across the country and as inaugural honorees they will set the tone for the next generation of leaders. They embrace new strategic approaches and technologies to help win races and advance the policies of a movement that’s becoming more and more attractive to free-thinking young people everywhere.”

Under Lane’s leadership, Cygnal created ARRO’s 30 Under Thirty list to educate, empower, and embolden the brightest conservative minds across America. Honorees enjoy exclusive events and access to the industry’s top leaders as they ascend to become the innovators and visionaries of the modern conservative movement.

“30 Under Thirty creates tremendous opportunity for some of the best young Republican leaders to gather in an exclusive community where they can exchange ideas, fuse their networks, and strategize about their careers and projects,” added Brent Buchanan, President at Cygnal. “The Republican Party is changing, there’s no doubt there, but despite what we hear to the contrary, young people are very much attracted to conservative principles and even more are inspired to lead in defense of those principles – this community is one of the best avenues to empower them to do just that.”

ARRO will host an exclusive event for the honorees on November 6, 2023, at the National Republican Club on Capitol Hill.
