Nicholas' passion for politics started in grassroots organizing and political outreach during the 2020 election, aiding campaigns from New Mexico to Texas to Arizona. When the Midterms came along, he moved to the opposite coast, working in Georgia for critical state and federal elections. Being responsible for the outreach in a contested election in the second congressional district, his team moved the needle 5 points through a data-driven approach, furthering his passion for the quantitative approach to politics.
What is your most significant accomplishment as a professional?
We built an outreach team in Georgia’s second congressional district that approached the region from a different perspective, which resulted in a Republican turnout that hadn't been seen in the district prior. While we didn’t win the race, I still hold it in high esteem for what we were able to accomplish.
What motivated you to select this career path?
Working in politics is the perfect combination of consistently learning from others, new ideas, and new approaches, while also pushing for a better future.
Do you have any skills or talents that people don’t know about?
I can play the guitar.
