The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is… The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to dream big.
What is your most significant accomplishment as a professional?When I started my career as a Statistician, I did not expect that I will be promoted as a senior analyst in my first year and as a manager in my second year. It was flattering but really, really scary and still challenging up until this point especially in meeting my own standard of what a manager should be.
What motivated you to select this career path?I applied to Cygnal because it’s a different data compared to what I normally handle with my previous employers. I like learning new things. I think acquiring new skills or knowledge is my motivation in choosing or staying in a company.
