Cygnal Grows Team to Serve Exploding Customer Base

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Cygnal today announced the addition of David Wolfson as Director of Client Strategy and Jacqueline Boggess as Director of Insights and Communications. Additionally, longtime Cygnal team member, Kay Aguilar, has taken on the additional responsibility of Culture Ambassador.

David Wolfson has worked in politics and polling in multiple states and in the private sector for more than 23 years. These experiences include time at WPA Intelligence, more than a decade in Florida politics, a presidential campaign, and integrated marketing/media communications for the “Got Milk?”® and “Milk Mustache”® campaigns. He has also taught at the University of Florida‘s political management school. 

Jacqueline Boggess is an award-winning communicator who has worked on creative campaigns for Governors Larry Hogan, Asa Hutchinson, and Phil Scott, Senator Mitt Romney, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, and various committee-backed candidates throughout the U.S. In 2012, she helped guide creative direction for the largest pro-Mitt Romney independent expenditure effort. She has also served as Deputy Press Secretary for Senator Chuck Grassley. 

Kay Aguilar has been instrumental in Cygnal’s growth during her five years with the company. In her new role as Culture Ambassador, she is responsible for maintaining and growing Cygnal’s culture of transparency, personal growth, experimentation, and selfless service. Most recently, she helped Cygnal’s leadership team develop new business opportunities in South America.
